Allie Hogue is a sophomore in Journalism I. She is an Entertainment Writer.

Allie’s favorite part about school is getting to see her friends and cheering. She’s involved in the Hopewell Yearbook staff, Interact Club, Medical Careers Club and Future Teachers Club.Her favorite part about cheering is getting to spend time doing her favorite sport with her girls every week on the sidelines. She spends most of her time with her best friend Athena.

Her favorite part of Journalism is getting to write about something she’s confident about and having the opportunity to try different writing styles. Going into journalism, she wasn’t sure what kind of writing she’d want to do. She tried all the different types of writing and is now very confident about Entertainment. She loves Mrs. Mickler and the opportunities and leniency she provides.
