“Moana” is a popular Disney movie that was released on November 23, 2016.

“Moana” is a movie about a young Polynesian girl who was chosen by the sea. She has to sail across the sea to find a demigod by the name of Maui (Dwayne Johnson) to restore the heart of Tefiti. Once they restore the heart, her village will go back to normal. While watching the movie, you’ll see the background on why her father is so strict about her going past the reef.

The good things about the movie are the soundtrack. The songs they play are really creative and fun to sing along with. The animation is also really clear and beautiful. The movie also shows how one person can make a change.

Some cons of the movie would be how Maui pushed Moana away in the beginning. That would be a con because she sailed across the dangerous sea to find him and help her restore the heart. He threw her off of her own boat and wouldn’t help her sail. Another con would be that there could’ve been more music.

The overall rating of “Moana” would be a 10/10 because it is a really good family-friendly movie.
