“Wonka” came out in the United States on December 15th, 2023 by Warner Bros. Pictures.

The 1 hour and 56 minute movie “Wonka,” is based on the lead character, Willy Wonka. Wonka originates from “The Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” (2005) and “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” (1971). Wonka is played by Timothée Chalamet. This movie is about Wonka’s journey of becoming a renowned chocolate maker.

Some of the best components of this movie are the performances and the songs. The song “Scrub Scrub” was played with an outstanding performance in Bleacher’s (Tom Davis) and Mrs. Scrubbit’s (Olivia Colman’s) basement. The songs in this movie are well-written and conducted perfectly.

Another great thing about “Wonka” is the cast. Lead Star, Timothée Chalamet, embodies and captures the character of Wonka flawlessly. Bleacher’s and Mrs. Scrubbit’s actors executed their performances in a way to persuade viewers that the film was even more realistic. All of the actors came together as a whole to bring the production together.

Overall, this film deserves a 5/5 rating because of the performances, songs and the cast’s acting abilities.
