Antonio Pierce is the Raiders’ former head coach.

The Las Vegas Raiders have had many downfalls this season. They have had things not go their way and not as planned.

The Raiders never gave up this season because of one person that they had faith in. They knew that they could trust him and could turn things around.

The team hopes for a successful season with the new coach.

Antonio Pierce led the Raiders through half of the season.

“There is nothing like having experience. He is somebody who has been there and done that within his career. You can lean on him and trust him… He went through a lot of ups and downs,” says Pierce.

The coach shows that the reason he is hired is because he can take this team to better places.

“Me and Tom had never met prior… Obviously, I had watched his ways of work with the San Diego Charger, and also his work with the Los Angeles Chargers,” says Pierce.

Coach Pierce is the one for the job and he will bring everything he has with him.

“Las Vegas has to have this identity of Raiders Nation. That is the goal, that’s the player’s goal, and that should also be the fan’s goal. We need to bring the old Raiders back, like it was before,” says Pierce.

The team is definitely going to have their downfalls, but they have someone they can trust.

The Raiders have had many struggles over the past few years, but this is a new wave for them and everyone should get on board.

The Raiders should have a good upcoming season with the changes that they have made.
