The Las Vegas Raiders made major changes to the team throughout some weeks and have been successful since then.
Some players from the team expressed how they felt about the changes being made during the past two weeks.
The Raiders have much work to do if they want to make it far with the new head coach.
Running back Josh Jacobs expresses how he feels now that he actually plays a role on the offense.
“It felt like it was a hard fought battle out there, getting hit by players and breaking the tackles. It truly had been amazed,” says Jacobs.
The team has a lot of confidence since getting rid of their Head Coach.
“It means a lot to me, I mean I grew up in Compton. I mean I have always been a Raiders, it runs inside of me,” says Pierce.
“It was impressive man. A rookie quarterback playing to such high standards is always important because we put our trust in him and he got the job done,” says Adams.
The Raiders have big goals to be the best and Super Bowl contenders.
The team is ready and has a lot of confidence in themselves now.
“It was a tough game but we fought till the end and came out with the win, we were down and had to come back,” says Aiden O’Connell.
O’Connell, the rookie quarterback, hopes to keep winning for the season.
Raiders and the coaching staff have new beginnings and want to show everyone that.
The team that the Raiders have right now can lead them a long way if they keep their minds straight and focus.
