BAN ANIMAL TESTING FOR GOOD

Animal testing is involved in almost everything these days. Most makeup brands have cruelty-free bunnies on them. But, what about the ones that don’t? Eight-eight percent of makeup brands still test on animals. Do you think animal testing is cruel?

Animal testing needs to be put to an end because it’s cruel and unacceptable.

According to “World Day for Laboratory Animals 2023: Animal Testing is a Reality for Cosmetics,” “44 out of 50 big makeup companies use animal testing every day.” The harsh chemicals and preservatives they put in makeup for test runs endangers the animals. Animals will come out with viruses, burned skin, chemical burns and can even die. All for us to get a makeup product? There are much easier ways and why not test them on juveniles or bad people first.

Some people may think that animal testing isn’t that bad or they just put safe makeup on the animals. But, now they start out with their first recipe that can contain harmful chemicals and then that goes on them and can burn through the skin. Yes, the animals take one for the team so we don’t have to, but there’s much easier and less painful ways to test makeup. An all-clean brand will not have any chemicals in the product in the first place. This can also open our eyes to what we are putting on our face.

Using clean products should be looked into more. Clean products are better for these animals and your skin. You don’t need skin cancer in 10 years. It’s more beneficial to everyone and everything. Even if it’s not completely clean, it’s okay as long as it doesn’t test on animals.

Overall, animal testing needs to be banned so these poor animals don’t have to suffer in spite of our need for products. It’s a cruel thing to buy them in the way of our wants. This comes with many benefits that’s also in it for us.
