Natalie Burosky and Vince Boila were nominated for Athletes of the Week by their coaches.

Vince Boila and Natalie Burosky are the Student Athletes of the Week for the week of October 29 to November 4.

Bolia is a starting lineman on the varsity football team. He was nominated by Coach Bayuk.

The varsity player has dedicated a lot of his time to his team and teammates this past football season.

“I played as hard and as well as I could every week while helping others be the best they could be,”  says Boila.

The football player has been a crucial part of his team as he helped them throughout the playoff series.

The junior has put in plenty of effort both in school and during football season so far.

“This award is important to me as it resembles the hard work I have put in the classroom as well as on the field,” says the athlete.

Burosky is the libero on the varsity volleyball team. Her actions stood out to Coach Calvin.

Burosky’s wonderful spirit helped her achieve this title.

“I always kept a really positive attitude and lifted all my teammates up when they were down. I also always gave my 100% on the court,” says Burosky.

The athlete is always putting in her best effort, whether it’s during school, or while she’s on the court.

The libero is not the only one who has noticed her recognizable contributions to her team.

“It’s important because it shows how much I care for volleyball and my teammates.,” says the volleyball player.
