Health insurance is out of control with prices being higher than ever.
Health insurance is the most expensive it has ever been.
According to Roundstoneinsurance.com, ”Family premiums have increased 20% since 2018 and 43% since 2013” which is incredibly difficult for families. Not to mention, health insurance companies don’t accept paying for medicines that people need even though people pay insane prices.
The other side of the argument is that the higher prices reflect better care, and that is not internally true. The insanely high prices keep families out of health care that they need and make them scared to go to the doctor because they know they can’t afford it and end up getting very sick.
What needs to change is health insurance companies need to offer more payments for different medicines for their customers or lower the prices, so it is more available for everyone.
