Natalie Burosky, junior, is the libero for the Cats.

Natalie Burosky is a junior at Struthers High School.

Burosky played libero for the Struthers volleyball team and started volleyball in 7th grade. She started playing the sport to try something new and enjoy it with her friends.

Struthers is 8-14, which has improved from previous years.

“Our season went a lot better than the previous seasons went,” says Burosky.

Sports are fun to play because athletes learn new things, new skills and enjoy it with the people around them.

Burosky loves playing volleyball, not just because she likes the sport, but because of the people she’s playing with.

“My favorite part is getting to play with the people around me. They make it really enjoyable,” says Burosky.

Outside of sports, many athletes enjoy and strive to do good in school.

Burosky enjoys seeing her friends in school and being in language arts. She sets goals for herself throughout the year.

“My goal for this year is to remain getting good grades,” says Burosky.
