The Cincinnati Bengals drafted seven new players in the 2026 NFL draft from Thursday, April 23rd, to Saturday, April 25th, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
At the beginning of every NFL season, the draft comes, bringing new, fresh out of college students to the NFL. The Bengals, with some early draft picks, drafted well intelligent players, who will make a positive impact on the team.
With the 41st pick in the second round, the Bengals selected defensive end, Cashius Howell, from Texas A&M.
Starting on new, greener pastures, Howell is glad to be a part of the Bengals, looking forward to what’s next.
“It’s just such a blessing to be in Cincinnati. I feel like the coaching staff, the culture, is just so easy to buy in, and so easy to come in. I just want to work my butt off and win a Superbowl,” says Howell.
With the 72nd pick in the NFL Draft, the Bengals selected cornerback, Tacario Davis, from Washington.
Davis, with his capabilities, is happy to now be a part of the Bengals and show what he is made of.
“I feel like, man, just being tall, long, fast corner, just being able to come out, play man to man, and try to be the best version of myself every day,” says Davis.
With the 128th pick in the NFL Draft, the Bengals selected Conner Lew from Auburn.
Now the Bengals with a more, better skilled offense of lineman, Lew is looking forward to getting out and guard Burrow.
“I think as an offensive lineman in general and especially as a center, to play with an elite quarterback, it just makes it that much more exciting to get up and go to work and play football for a quarterback like that,” says Lew.
