The Las Vegas Raiders finished the 2025-2026 football season with a 3-14 record. Sure, their record may be poor compared to other teams, but the Raiders had key players who never quit fighting to try and achieve a win.
Raiders rookie running back Ashton Jeanty rushed for 975 yards, caught 55 passes for 346 yards and produced 10 touchdowns in total.
Head Coach Pete Carroll praises Jeanty’s allusiveness and his effort to fight for every yard when he receives the ball.
“You could see his talent is so obvious to me and to everyone watching him. He’s just really hard to tackle, and guys just fall off of him and he just keeps striding,” says Carroll.
Raiders tight end Brock Bowers finished the season with 64 receptions, 680 yards and 7 touchdowns.
Carroll speaks highly of Bowers being an overall fantastic player for Vegas and having the grit and determination to win since the offseason.
¨You can see Brock [Bowers] is such a good football player. This is what we watched all summer-long and offseason, those guys hooking up. It just makes everything better,¨ says Carroll.
Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby finished the season with 45 total tackles, 10 sacks and 2 forced fumbles.
Carroll recognizes Crosby´s productive season for the Raiders, and he speaks highly on Crosby´s playing style.
“Maxx is a phenomenal player. I mean, his consistency, the sacks he gets, the tackles for losses. He’s playing as good as anybody can play,” says Carroll.
