SCHIEDEL PUSHES THROUGH YEAR ROUND ATHLETICS

Braydan Schiedel is a freshman at Struthers High School who is an athlete in over three sports.

Schiedel has played baseball, golf, football, flag football, track and has swam. Throughout his athletic career, he has tried many different sports.

Throughout his life, he got to learn and experience new things from athletics.

“The outcome of doing all of these different sports is that it left me to be somewhat athletic, and I got to meet nice and cool people,” says Schiedel.

While playing such a numerous amount of sports, he has had many different coaches, and with those coaches, comes more information. Scheidel has got to learn different things just from playing sports. And so far, what he has learned does not just apply to sports, but life as well.

Scheidel has learned to push himself throughout life and athletics.

“I’ve learned to never give up and always follow through if you’re going to do a sport,” says Schiedel.

Outside and inside of sports, Schiedel has set goals for himself. In the future, he wants to fulfill those goals within this year and next year. As he continues, each day he puts in work with high hopes and confidence.

Schiedel pushes himself to be the best he can.

“For sportswise goals, I really want to get bigger, stronger and faster. Also, get better at the sports I do now. But schoolwise, I just want to get my grades up,” says Schiedel.

Even though he plays sports year round, he still makes time for himself. In high school, he wants to play sports every season, focus on school and make the best for himself while he can during his high school years.
