- I have been in Journalism for two years, and my favorite part is getting to write about all of my favorite movies.
Out of all the years at Struthers High School, what is your most memorable memory?
- My most memorable memory is hitting my first ever home run my senior year.
Looking back, how has your understanding of journalism changed during high school?
- Throughout high school, my understanding of journalism has changed because as a senior I see it as a possible career.
Was high school all you expected it to be?
- I think it was as fun as I expected it to be because I made a lot of friends and made a lot of memorable memories, but it was a lot more stressful than I imagined it would be.
After you graduate do you think you will keep up with current events?
- Not really because I will be focused on college, especially because I’m going away. I think the only events I will pay attention to are next year’s softball season.

- 3 years; writing about things I like and having the freedom to write about things that interest me.
Out of all the years at Struthers High School, what is your most memorable memory?
- The first time I started a football game my junior year I have never been so nervous and excited at the same time. It was awesome.

- I didn’t realize there was this much variety of journalism.
Was high school all you expected it to be?
- It was different than I thought it was going to be, but I had a good time.

- Yes, I like to know what is going on.

How long have you been in Journalism and what was your favorite part?
- I’ve been in Journalism for 2 years, and one of my favorite things about it is getting to choose what I like to write about. There’s many different options when writing in journalism, so you have a lot of freedom to choose.
Out of all the years at Struthers High School, what is your most memorable memory?
- My most memorable memory of high school was definitely sophomore year. I feel like that’s the year when I became more social and actually started to experience high school.
Looking back, how has your understanding of journalism changed during high school?
- In my first year of journalism, I thought journalism was going to be more involved with just school-related events, but journalism is all about picking what you like.
Was high school all you expected it to be?
- Yes, some parts of high school were very challenging and hard to get through. But for the most part, I think creating a social life outside of school and going to different events really made my high school experience.
After you graduate do you think you will keep up with current events?
- After high school, I think I’m going to be more involved in my new life in college, so no, I don’t think I’ll go out of my way to keep up with current events.

- This is my first year in Journalism, and my favorite part about it is the freedom provided in the class.

- My most memorable moment in high school was my sophomore year football season. That’s the farthest we’ve gone when I was a part of the team.
Looking back, how has your understanding of journalism changed during high school?
- I thought it was going to involve subjects that were provided for you, but now I know it’s the students’ choice that makes me regret not taking it in previous years.
- Was high school all you expected it to be?
- Not at all; in middle school, the teachers and others would make high school seem so much scarier than what it actually was.
After you graduate do you think you will keep up with current events?
- No, I barely do now

- Since junior year, the whole class was a really enjoyable experience; however, winning 1st place for the Scholastic Journalism Awards for opinion was great!

- It really changed from just a class to a very memorable experience.

- It felt a lot shorter than I thought it’d be.

How long have you been in Journalism and what was your favorite part?
- I have been in Journalism for 2 years. My favorite part would definitely be when I was chosen to be the Editor-in-Chief of The Student Prints this year.
Out of all the years at Struthers High School, what is your most memorable memory?
- My most memorable memory would have to be sophomore year football season because it was such a thrilling time, or when I won Homecoming Queen this past fall.
Looking back, how has your understanding of journalism changed during high school?
- My understanding of Journalism has changed during high school by opening my eyes to the importance of journalism in general.
Was high school all you expected it to be?
- High school was kind of what I expected it to be, but at the same time I pictured it like it was in the movies or shows, so I was a bit disappointed in that manner. Overall, it was a great 4 years of many memories.
- After you graduate do you think you will keep up with current events?
- After I graduate, I don’t think I’ll keep up with current events as much. I won’t be here to know what’s going on, which is okay, because it’s my time to move on. I’ll make sure to tune into the Student Prints, so I can support and stay as updated as I can!

How long have you been in Journalism and what was your favorite part?
I’ve been in Journalism for 3 years. My favorite part about being a part of Journalism for 3 years is seeing improvements from the beginning of each year to the end.
Out of all the years at Struthers High School, what is your most memorable memory?
The most memorable memory for me throughout high school was definitely my sophomore year homecoming; no other dance was anything like it!
Looking back, how has your understanding of journalism changed during high school?
When I was a freshman in high school I thought that Journalism was just journaling about news in the school, but as my years being a part of Journalism went on I realized that yes there are some articles written about things in the school but most are about topics people enjoy.
Was high school all you expected it to be?
I expected high school to be the best years of your life, and in some ways it was but also in some ways it wasn’t. It just always depended on the day.
After you graduate do you think you will keep up with current events?
I don’t think that I’ll keep up with current events after I graduate just because I’d like to move on from high school and focus on bigger and better things.

I have been in Journalism for 3 years and my favorite part was this year being the Sports Editor making sure things are correct.

My most memorable memory at Struthers High School was my sophomore year in football almost making it to state, being two weeks short of it.
Looking back, how has your understanding of journalism changed during high school?
My understanding of journalism changed during high school because I realized that in this class you can express yourself in many different ways and not just one.
Was high school all you expected it to be?
High school was definitely what I expected to be,to be honest it was actually way easier than I expected.
After you graduate do you think you will keep up with current events? Yes! After I graduate I think that I will keep up with most of the current events.
