Marisa is an 18-year-old Senior at Struthers High School. She is in Journalism II. 

Marisa has a lot of favorite music artists. Her top favorite singers are Tyler the Creator, Frank Ocean, and SZA. She likes that the artist that she listens to relaxes her. The music genre that she listens to changes a lot. She will either listen to pop, rap, R&B, or alternative hip hop. Marisa’s favorite place to eat would be Canes. Her favorite subject would either be Math or English. Math is like a puzzle, and she likes finding the last piece. She likes writing English as she enjoys it very much.  

Marisa is a part of the soccer team. Marisa played her freshman year and lettered. She took a break then came back for her senior season. Inside of school, Marisa is a part of many clubs. She is involved in the Interact, Future Teachers, Medical Careers, and National Honor Society. Marisa is also the Class Secretary for her grade. This is her second year being involved in Student Prints. Her first year being a Feature Writer, this year being the Opinion Editor. 

Marisa’s goal for her senior year is to make the moments last. As it is her last year at Struthers High School, she hopes to have good memories that will make her happy. She is also hoping this year she is able to keep up her good grades and get into colleges that she will apply to. Marisa is hoping to attend either Kent State University or Youngstown State University and pursue a career in the medical field.
