Leah Markotan is a sophomore at Struthers High School. She’s an Opinion Writer in Journalism I.

Her favorite part about school is socializing with her friends and peers. She’s in Interact Club and Medical Careers Club. Her favorite subject is math, and she likes to spend time with her friends and family outside of school.

Her favorite part about Journalism is the concept of the class. Her hopes for the year are to keep her grades up and to volunteer for stuff throughout the school year.
