Haley is a junior in high school, and she is 17 years old. She is a part of journalism II and writes for the Feature column about her fellow junior students. 

Haley’s favorite part of the school day is getting to work hard and see that hard work pays off with her grades. Seeing her friends is also an added bonus. Her main goal for the year is to finish off with a 3.5 GPA or higher, high grades, NHS and many volunteer hours. The clubs she takes part in consist of French Club, Interact Club, Medical Careers Club, and Future Teachers Club. Other parts of the school she takes part in include Junior Student Government, Big Cat Little Cat, and Link. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and attending her church’s youth group. 

Haley’s favorite part of Journalism is getting to write about her fellow classmates that she has grown up with.
