Bryson Vince
- What are your plans after graduation? Where are you going? What are you doing?
My plans after graduation are to attend YSU for their Engineering program. Although I don’t know which specific branch I want to pursue in, I do have a strong passion for Engineering.
- What is something you’re nervous about as you go into the next phase of your life?
I am nervous about being on my own and having to plan everything out by myself without my parents’ I’m help.
- Is there anything you wished you had done differently in high school?
I wished that I would’ve become more involved in the activities at school in my earlier years of high school. I also wish that I would’ve procrastinated less because of all the stress that I put on myself throughout the years.
- Do you have any exciting plans for the summer?
I am going to go on a few vacations throughout the summer and hang out with my friends, family, and girlfriend as well.
- Looking back, what advice would you give your freshman self?
The advice that I would give to my freshman self would be to live a little and not to worry about what others think about me. Another thing that I would tell myself is to create better bonds with the people that were around me.

I plan to attend Youngstown State University majoring in Psychology.
- What is something you’re nervous about as you go into the next phase of your life?
I’m nervous to start college and be at the bottom of school again.

I wish I played basketball all four years of high school.

I’m going to Myrtle Beach.

Stop stressing about grades so much, they don’t define you.
Nadia Galazia

I plan to attend Youngstown State University for Early Childhood Education.
- What is something you’re nervous about as you go into the next phase of your life?
I am nervous about keeping up with all of the work, since the professors teach differently, it could be a little nerve wracking to follow their style of teaching.
- Is there anything you wished you had done differently in high school?
I wished that I would have been more social and more outgoing through high school.
- Do you have any exciting plans for the summer?
As of right now, no. Just working and keeping in touch with my friends from high school.
- Looking back, what advice would you give your freshman self?
I would tell myself to try harder with putting myself out there to other people. Just to be more vocal and outgoing with older students in the high school at the time.
Gianna Taaffe

I plan to attend YSU to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Forensic science.
- What is something you’re nervous about as you go into the next phase of your life?
Leaving high school will be a big change; I have been used to the same schedule for almost 12 years and going to college will forsure be a huge change.
- Is there anything you wished you had done differently in high school?
Definitely not, high school had its ups and downs, but overall I had a great time and loved almost every moment of it.
- Do you have any exciting plans for the summer?
After graduation, I plan to spend as much time with my people. We have a very strong bond and I hope summer is just the start of all of our plans!
- Looking back, what advice would you give your freshman self?
I would let my freshman self know not to take everything so serious. I wish I knew that in the end it would all be okay and I would get through any challenge I faced.
Mia Clyde
- What are your plans after graduation? Where are you going? What are you doing?
I am attending Youngstown State University to major in the Exercise Science
grad track in hopes of becoming a Physical Therapist. I am going to be continuing my cheerleading career there.
- What is something you’re nervous about as you go into the next phase of your life?
I am very nervous about all of the changes. I do not know what to expect with school or cheer, and am nervous I will not like the things I have chosen to study and participate in.
- Is there anything you wished you had done differently in high school?
I wish that I cared and stressed a little less. I stressed out too much about the little things and worried less about what other people thought of me. I did not need to try as hard to fit in because I knew I would always have my friends.
- Do you have any exciting plans for the summer?
Yes, I am going to enjoy going outside, swimming, hanging out with my friends, going to festivals, and going to graduation parties. I also hope to go to Siesta Key, Florida with my family for my dad’s 5oth birthday in July.
- Looking back, what advice would you give your freshman self?
I would tell her to take in every moment, experience, and activity because I will never be able to be in those moments again. All of those moments will soon become a memory, so live in the moment, good or bad.
Katelyn Kimble

After graduation, I am going to Youngstown state to major in early education
- What is something you’re nervous about as you go into the next phase of your life?
I’m nervous about becoming a new person and losing all of the people that have been such a big part of my life.
- Is there anything you wished you had done differently in high school?
Honestly, I am pretty content with what I did in high school. I kind of wish I would’ve hung out with friends just a little bit more.

This summer I am planning to start a new job at the YMCA and I am pretty excited about that.

To keep working hard, but don’t take things too seriously because it’ll all work out.

I plan to attend Washington & Jefferson college to continue my athletic and academic career.

I’m nervous about being away from my mom and how am I going to physically be with her.

I wish I would’ve tried harder sophomore and junior year in football.

I would tell my freshman self to not worry about what others think about me; I
was too worried about my appearance to everyone else it was too much.
Brady Anderson
- What are your plans after graduation? Where are you going? What are you doing?
I’ll be going to Youngstown State University (YSU) to major in astrophysics and film production. I’d like to go for astrophysics to answer the theories I have in mind to make the science field larger, and I’d like to go for film production to make my imagination a reality and to have my audience experience my legendary stories.
- What is something you’re nervous about as you go into the next phase of your life?
I’m never sure if I’m going to succeed after my education because college is the only phase where I can learn for my future. Yes, I can go off the internet but some things are incorrect or biased. I’m also nervous that I may lose my grip because I tend to compare myself with others very easily; hopefully it won’t happen in college.
- Is there anything you wished you had done differently in high school?
Definitely, as I regretted that I haven’t applied myself to certain things sooner, like becoming connected with my expectations, doing scholarships far too late and far too less, not being as productive at home as I wanted to be and to become better at things I’ve always wanted to be great at
- Do you have any exciting plans for the summer?
I hope to finish what I planned since the start of my high school career but outside of school.
- Looking back, what advice would you give your freshman self?
To focus on the road and not the sidewalks next to it as you’ll drive faster than walking and you’ll be early as opposed to being late. Time is also of the essence, and it’s the most valuable thing one can ever have; even more valuable than power, fame, and money.

I plan on working for the county with side jobs and road work.
