Jason Aldean released one of his best albums on October 7,2014. Aldean’s album is called “Old Boots New Dirt.”
“Old Boots New Dirt” isn’t your traditional country music that you might hear on the radio. “Old Boots New Dirt” is a blend of country and rock and a touch of newer hip-hop. This music helped Aldean stand out and pushed him to make this type of music.
Some tracks on his album “Old Boots New Dirt” are some of his best songs he has ever made. One of those songs is “Burnin’ It Down.” This song achieved multi-platinum status. Although some people say that this album is straying away from the country , I think that it makes his album “Old Boots New Dirt” even better and more memorable.
“Old Boots New Dirt” has some powerful themes. Some of those themes being personal reflection and emotional complexities. Some songs like “Tryin’ to Love Me” and “Too Fast” showcase Aldean’s failed relationships and the pressures of frame. On the contrary, there are also songs like “Tonight Looks Good On You” and “Gonna Know We Were Here” which are way more energetic.
Overall, Aldean’s album “Old Boots New Dirt” is an awesome album too and is highly recommended.
