From their recordings, they’ve identified that the precipitation rates for Mahoning County–and especially Struthers, Ohio–will experience a steady, yet slowly increasing chance of rain. This is due to the fact that the dates between Sunday, April 6th – Saturday, April 12th will experience the probability of precipitation to fall under the range between 70-90%, on average. Furthermore, dates such as Thursday, April 10th and Sunday, April 6th being the rainiest with precipitation probabilities hovering around 90% across the day. Moreover, dates like Wednesday, April 9th and Saturday, April 12th have been recorded to be the driest with chances of rain not being anywhere over 70%. As for the rest of the dates, they comfortably fall in the aforementioned range between 70-90% all throughout.
With the rain showers being more prominent in Sturthers, Ohio, so is the warm temperature rates as well as from the recordings from the meteorologists, they’ve identified that Struthers’ citizens are experiencing a rise in temperature rates and the disclosure of cold mornings and evenings. As a response, the meteorologists also recorded the wind speed for the dates between Sunday, April 6th – Saturday, April 12th. From their recordings, they’ve identified that the range for wind speeds in between these dates are 5-15 miles per hour. Days with the fastest wind speeds are as follows: Sunday, April 6th and Tuesday, April 8th– speeds around 15 miles per hour or slightly lower on average. All other dates are shown to fall in the range and will not spike or drop in wind speeds unexpectedly.
To comment on the recent projections, the meteorologists suggest that Struthers’ citizens are now less inclined to wear thicker layers of clothing and are suggested to wear rain jackets and to use umbrellas. As for the wind speeds, they’ve determined that Struthers’ citizens and their umbrellas will not be blowing off and temperatures will not feel colder than they are from the harsh breezes, especially throughout the early stages of spring.
