The Las Vegas Raiders made a big move by signing a very good quarterback in the NFL, Geno Smith.
Trading for Smith to the Raiders was a very smart decision for the Raiders, as Pete Caroll is the head coach for the Raiders, reuniting the two.
With this pick, the focus will now be less worrying about getting a quarterback in the draft, as to now another prospect can be focused on.
Minority Owner Tom Brady had a lot of parts into this signing, as he said he is someone who can stand in the pocket and make the best decisions.
“He can stand in the pocket with the best of them in the league. I love that about him and throwing the ball quickly,” says Brady.
The Raiders are successfully moving their team back up to the standards as a signing with a franchise player and more to come.
With also the signing of Maxx Crosby, which he signed a historic deal in NFL history as the highest paid defensive lineman ever, expectations are high for this team.
“GOD is the Greatest, the time is now and it is time to work,” says Smith.
Smith can lead this team to more than a regular record; he can lead them to the playoffs where he belongs.
The draft is next month in April. If things go right, the Raiders might maybe even be able to get the new franchise quarterback, an important player.
Brady has not had much to say about the Raiders moves, but he has a lot to say and is on the right track.
“I love the ability to take viewership inside of the way I see things,” says Brady.
This will be a scary Raiders team if decisions are made smart in the draft and the higher executives.
