Kevin Dailey, arguably one of the most influential teachers within the Struthers district, has been working at Struthers High School for 17 years.
Dailey is a very well-liked teacher and is shown to be an excellent teacher throughout his years of teaching.
As a former LINK manager, he found out from experience that concentrating on your finish line and not getting distracted is the way to greatness.
“Persistence, establishing goals, and focusing on what I can directly control,” said Dailey.
As a father, he learned to manage his time and figure out different ways to deal with many different problems.
Dailey’s most difficult time teaching was during the COVID-19 epidemic because of the difficulty in new problems.
“Trying to establish and continue routines during the COVID-19 pandemic was likely the most difficult time,” said Dailey.
This teacher is not someone who gives up easily due to any obstacles he faces; he always pushes through and makes it work out.
He tries to be a teacher who sticks to his word, and he is someone who will always work with you to get what you need.
“I don’t think students would call me either one of those titles. “Consistent” and “Accountable” would likely be stated before fun or strict. I don’t consider myself fun or strict,” said Dailey.
Dailey has cemented his name into the school; all the staff and students will always respect and love him.
