The NFL Draft is coming up, and the Las Vegas Raiders are trying their best to make a good draft selection.
Free agency is also coming up and the team has been eyeing a very skilled and veteran quarterback.
With the Raiders potentially getting a quarterback in free agency, that leaves them to try and reach a top pick other than a quarterback.
Minority owner Tom Brady has a lot of faith and believes that he can bring better things to the team and make the right moves.
“I’m going to surround myself with the right people and make sure I make and help bring the best things to this organization,”says Brady.
The Raiders have great people and leaders around them; they just need smart decision thinking to bring it all together.
The NFL draft is coming up quickly, and they need to choose and find out who the person for this team would be.
“There’s so much interaction. It is a chance for me and our coaches to see and look at who’s the best for us,”says new head coach Pete Carroll.
If great decisions are made within watching the combine and scouting, it will be a great outcome.
Free agency and the draft can either be a good thing for them or a bad thing for them.
Raiders owner Mark Davis is trying to make this team better than it has ever been before.
“The fire that burns in the room is for the Raiders to win, no other expectations,”says Davis.
Expectations are high this season after many disappointing seasons in the past–it’s a make or break.
