The Las Vegas Raiders may have truly found their rhythm again with a new coach.
This year the Raiders went out and got a veteran Head Coach who will try and lead them to the success he has had.
Tom Brady is the minority part owner of the Raiders and had a lot to do with this great decision.
Pete Carroll, the new Raiders head coach, is on board and ready to turn this team around like it once was before.
¨We are starting right now; there is no time to be wasted, we will be going to work immediately,¨says Carroll.
With this new addition to the team, the Raiders can seriously have potential in coming back as a real team.
Many coaches from last year mainly left, but there are some new additions to the team, including Chip Kelly.
¨If there is no fun, I’m doing something wrong,we are all here to compete, and if you are not here there is no point,¨says Carroll.
This team now can have the actual potential to go some way, with an experienced head coach with a lot of passion.
Even though it is just the offseason, there is a long way to go to add even more key players and coaches to this roster.
The Raiders organization has something to finally look up to after a down year and many upsets.
¨When I dreamed of having a job like this, I always imagined it to be a historic franchise like the Raiders,¨ says Carroll.
As someone who wants to be a coach for a historic team with a lot of history, this team will have a lot to be proud of.
