The Lions took a big Loss against Buffalo in week 12 on Sunday, December 15.
Buffalo improves to 11-3 for the second time in the last three seasons after defeating Detroit in a great game 48-43 despite losing their 3 defensive starters.
During the game, QB Josh Allen guided them with the passing and the run game counting for another 4 touchdowns, throwing for 362 yards and 2 touchdowns and running for 70 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Allen makes a comeback for his team to stop the second seed team in the NFL.
“The Lions are one of the best teams in the league; we understand the magnitude of this type of game,” Allen said.
Buffalo rookie wide receiver Keon Colman makes a huge catch to put the Bills on the 5 yard line. Allen completes a pass to Johnson for a first down. James Cook scores a 41 yard touchdown to make the score 28-14. Gibbs makes huge plays for the Lions to have a chance of scoring.
Coleman shows that he’s the best rookie wide receiver in the NFL.
“It makes us more dangerous,” Coleman said.
Allen wanted to show that he can be the best and that he should be MVP thanks to his offensive coordinator Joe Brady and his players on offense to make that happen. Buffalo showed that they want to dominate every good team that thinks they’re better than them.
Brady also had himself a day as a play caller. He took advantage of the new faces on the Lions’ defense by throwing a ton of misdirections at them and by having a great running game.
“That was a great complement to Allen’s aerial assault,” Brady said.
