The Las Vegas Raiders ended their season on a bad note losing their last regular season game.
This last loss that they had will give them an advantage for a great draft pick but ultimately that is not what is wanted.
The Raiders need to rebuild their team and try to get back to the way the tradition as a Raider was.
Antonio Pierce, the head coach for the Raiders, was recently fired after this loss and has gone a different route.
“We appreciated Antonio’s leadership, firstly as stepping up and becoming the interim head coach,then a season later becoming our actual coach,” says the Raiders Organization.
The Raiders are going to try and find their head coach and move in the right direction.
Many coaches are coming in for interviews to hope that they can be a part of the solution in fixing the team, as along with the general manager Tom Telesco being fired.
“We appreciate his efforts and the hard work that he gave while he was here,we wish him nothing but the best,” says the Raiders Organization.
The Raiders are simply falling apart and do not have a solution to turn things around right now.
As the team does not have a quarterback,that is the first goal that the Raiders want to accomplish.
It is definitely frustrating and disappointing for this team to go so downhill in the past two years as they were just a playoff team.
If changes are made smartly, this team will turn around and be the best of themselves.
Tom Brady, an NFL legend and future Hall of Famer, is a part of the organization and will take control of picking the right people for the team.
With Brady taking most of the control in trying to help this team turn back around to success, they can be great again like they once were.
