Ohio State hosted a Big Ten conference game versus undefeated Indiana Hoosiers on November 23rd.
Ohio State won the game 38-15 against Indiana.
Ohio State played with a little edge against Indiana.
The team knew what was to come, and they wanted to win to be in a Big Ten Conference Championship.
“We knew what was at stake. You know you don’t win this game. You don’t win to go to Indianapolis and go play in a Big Ten Conference championship,” said Day.
Caleb Downs returned a punt for 79 yards to the end zone.
Ohio State decided to get Downs more into the game other than just defense.
“I feel like Caleb needs to be more involved and make an impact on games other than just defense,” said Day.
Treveyon Henderson scores with 45 seconds left in the game on the 1 yard line to end the game.
Ohio State goes down the field and milks the clock by taking 45 seconds then gets one the 1 yard line and scores.
“I feel like we needed to chew clock to get the game over and then decided to put an exclamation point on it by scoring on the 1 yard line,” said Day.
Indiana was the most explosive pass team Ohio State has played other than Oregon.
