Tyler, the Creator produced a new album by the name of “Chomakopia” on October 28th, 2024.
Tyler’s new album consisted of 14 songs each ranging from 1 minute to 4 minutes. Some of the most popular songs are “Sticky,” “Darling I” and “St. Chroma.” This album also features 9 other artists. These artists are Lil Wayne, Daniel Caesar, Teezo Touchdown, Sexxy Red, Glorilla, LaToiya Williams, ScHoolboy Q, Santigold, Lola Young and Doechii. The music videos also came with a new vibe and outfit to complete the album.
“Like Him” is one of the most impactful songs within the Chromakopia album. The song has a deep meaning as well as great musicality. It starts with just a piano then grows with intensity as the emotions start to build toward the end. It’s very well written and contains an intense underlying message.
“St. Chroma” being the first song in the album was an amazing choice by Tyler. This song sets the tone for the rest of the album. All of the musical elements like the multiple changes in tempo just help reveal what’s to come later in the album. It also has Tyler’s amazing vocals as usual, which is always the cherry on top.
This album deserves a 10/10 rating. All of the songs feel complete and are all really intricate and involved.
