The Oklahoma City Thunder makes history starting off their season 7-0. This is the first time a team has won the first seven games by double digits.
With this start to the season, OKC puts fear into their opponents each game.
Last week, OKC beat Orlando magic to advance to 7-0. The Magic trailed by 13 to finish the game. Orlando continued to struggle throughout the game, and this helped OKC take the upper hand.
Chet Holgren dominates all game long inside the interior.
“Holmgren’s paint presence was again a key for Oklahoma City. The second-year big man had nine rebounds and a couple of blocks against a depleted Orlando frontcourt,¨ says NBA reporters.
Against the Clippers, OKC won the game 105-92. All 5 of the starters had a great game scoring the ball by each of them scoring double digits.
Shai Gileous-Alexander led the team in points and continues to shine.
NBA reporters says, “Gilgeous-Alexander had 25 points and the Oklahoma City Thunder extended their undefeated start to the season.¨
OKC destroyed the Portland Trail Blazers 137-114 on November 1. The boys played a great game against them. They were able to get guys off the bench and put up easy points.
Ryan Rupert was able to put up some numbers against Portland coming off the bench.
“Rupert followed it up with 14 points off the bench Friday, sinking a career-high four 3-pointers,¨ says NBA reporters.
OKCs next game is November 15th against the Phoenix Suns, led by Devin Booker and Kevin Durant.
