The Las Vegas Raiders took a fall against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, November 3.They played at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati and took a pretty tough loss with a record becoming two and seven.
After this loss, the players showed their thoughts on this and consequently after the loss changes were made with coaches being fired.
The Raiders need and hope to come out with a victory next year and want to turn this around.
Head Coach Antonio Pierce feels and knows that changes have to be made to do this right.
“I’ll use these next two days to figure out what is the next step forward and the right decision to figure out who is going to call the plays,”says Pierce.
The team that the Raiders have can either make or break them at this point in the season.
The Raiders have faith in moving in the right direction but changes will be made.
“We truly just have to find a balance in the offense right now, that is everything at this point,”says Pierce.
With the changes being made to the staff, the Raiders have to change quickly.
The Raiders are looking forward to the next game and are hoping to come out with a victory.
Raiders Quarterback Gardener Minshew expressed how he felt moving past the loss after getting benched.
“It’s frustrating,I know that I have been benched for a reason, and it’s understandable, but I always want to be out there with my guys,”says Minshew.
The changes that are made within the team, with the quarterback situation, and the coaching change, could be a difference.
