THE DEVIL ALL THE TIME IS A MUST WATCH

Austin McCullough, Entertainment Writer

Have you ever watched a great movie and could not stop talking about it? “The Devil All the Time” is a movie that reaches all emotions and will leave you wanting more.

“The Devil All the Time” follows the life of a former military veteran’s son and is a really awkward and strange childhood. The town he was raised in has many secrets as well as many abnormalities involving it. It is a rather religious town with much corruption and hidden realities within the church and police.

A positive factor within the movie was the setting. The way this little town was portrayed made the movie much more enjoyable. Specifically the mix of vintage looking house and nature really helped develop an uneasy yet intrigued feeling for the viewers. It was a great mix of multiple settings.

An area in the movie that could have improved was a better background of the priest involved in the city church. He was a major character that affected the movie majorly. It would have been nice to see a little more about his life. Other than that, the movie was basically perfect.

The movie deserves a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. This movie is recommended to anybody who loves intriguing stories and a big mystery.
