Have you ever seen a movie with such a good story it makes you feel like you’re part of the story?

“The Covenant” is about a military group who is stationed in Afghanistan to try and uncover drugs and weapons hidden by the Taliban. When things take a turn for the worst, two men are on the run on enemy lines trying to return back to base. One who is badly injured relies on his partner to complete the mission. The story goes farther as the injured soldier is forced into action later on in an unexpected mission.

An area the writers were successful in was the story. It pulled on the viewers heart strings and helped create a sense of insecurity and a want to continue watching. It also had accurate war elements that created a realistic film. It was an incredibly written story.

Another area the writers did great at would be the setting. The mountains and destroyed buildings were a nice touch to really push the war element. It also created an adrenaline rush for the viewers. You can really tell this is a part of the film writers focused on.

This movie deserves a 9.3 out of 10 and is recommended to anybody who enjoys action packed movies.
