One Hot Cookie opened in 2003. The owner Sarah Lavender Brashear made it her mission to give others the comfort of food and friendship. One of its locations is in Youngstown, Ohio. 

There are a couple of different cookie ideas you can choose from One Hot Cookie. There’s easter cookies, traditional cookies, specialty cookies, and cookie trays. Their specialty cookies are the Death by Chocolate Cookie, the Salted Caramel Pretzel Cookie, the Extreme Peanut Butter Cup Cookie, the S’mores Cookie, the P2 Cookie, the Fruity Pebbles Cookie, the Cookies and Cream, the Cinnamon Bun Cookie, the New-tella Cookie, the Banana Pecan Cookie, the Maple Bacon Cookie, the 112 Cookie, the Cherry Cheesecake Cookie, the Candyland Cookie, and the Monster Cookie Sandwich. One Hot Cookie also serves the Traditional Brownie, the Extreme Peanut Butter Cup Brownie, the Chocolate Oreo Brownie, the Salted Caramel Pretzel Brownie, and the Caramel Pecan Brownie. 

One Hot Cookie also has a large Traditional Cookie section. There’s Chocolate Chip Cookies, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, M&M Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Peanut Butter Cookies, Snickerdoodle Cookies, and Sugar Cookies. They also have the sampler box where you can choose any four cookies for $15.75. One Hot Cookie also has salted Caramel Pretzel Popcorn, 112 Popcorn, Cookies and Cream Popcorn and Peanut Butter Cup Popcorn.
