Nico Farina is a senior at Struthers High School who plays football and basketball.

The Wildcats faced Campbell with a new line up of starters. Farina was a new starter.

The team started off great with the line up they put in. Three of the boys started this game for their first time.

Farina was excited he got to experience this and help out his team.

“It felt great being out there for jump ball,” says Farina.

The Wildcats have had a decent season which came close to their third NE8 championship.

The senior had a fun season for his first time back in a while. He decided to join back the team since his freshman year.

“It has been fun. I hope we can keep winning. It’s my last year of high school, so I want to do as much as I can,” says the player.

The season is almost to an end. The boys play Gilmour Academy in the second round. If the Wildcats can defeat them, they will advance to the next round.

Farina’s senior year is coming to an end. He had many memories with his team this year.

“Scoring 8 points in 2 minutes was one I’ll remember,” says the shooting guard.
