Chance Laczko, a senior at Struthers High School, continues his basketball year for his final showdown.

Laczko is finishing up his senior season of basketball by  working hard to get the team as far as they can into the playoffs. The first round of the playoffs is Friday, February 24.

Laczko is in hopes to keep his senior year going as long as they can fight.

”I hope that we do well in the playoffs and that they keep advancing further into our season,” says the senior.

The basketball player continues to practice and show his leadership towards the team as a senior.

Having many people look up to Laczko as a basketball player and a person, he keeps his hard work up to leave his legacy after his graduation.

“I want to show them how to respect the game of basketball and how it’s not all about you, how it is  about the program and working together as a family to better the team,” says Laczko.

Senior Night is a huge part of everyone’s career, leaving a huge impact on any player.

Laczko is taking in the moment for his senior night as it was a night to remember, enjoying these moments with his lifelong friends.

“It was good to get a win and have all of our seniors play and get to experience it all together. I love being able to teach and lead the younger ones to be better and show them what basketball is about,” says number four.

As Laczko finishes up his last basketball season, he will create memories to last a lifetime, bonds that will last forever, and stories to always tell.
