Freshman athlete Thomas Cole is a student at Struthers High School. He plays basketball for the Struthers Wildcats.

Cole has a passion for playing basketball; it is his favorite sport.

The athlete puts a lot of effort into this sport.

“I enjoy basketball a lot. I’ve been playing for a long time. When I was around 4 years old, I started playing and had an interest in it,” says Cole.

Cole got the opportunity to play more than on the junior varsity and freshman team for the cats.

The athlete plays on Varsity as well as junior varsity and the Freshman team.

“I do play on all three teams. I play JV, Freshman and dress for Varsity games,” says the freshman.

The basketball player prefers playing at home games.

Playing at the home games gives Cole a different energy off to the players.

“I like home games better because I get to play in front of our home crowd and the energy is better,” says the athlete.
