After the thriller against Northwestern, Ohio State begins to prepare for Indiana and continue their winning streak.

Ohio State had a scare against a 1-7 Northwestern team this past weekend. Missing star Receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba for the 6th game this season hasn’t really hurt the Buckeyes this season but in this game you could see the loss of him. C.J Stroud went 10/26 and 76 yards adding 79 rushing yards on 6 carries. The wind was up 40 MPH and the Ohio State offense couldn’t pass.

The offense looks to get back in rhythm against the Hoosiers in Columbus.

“We struggled a bit offensively. Our team has never been in conditions like this,” stated Day in his interview.

Ohio State is ranked the number 1 offense in college football and looks to destroy the Hoosiers who started the season 3-1 but are currently 3-6. Ohio State, still unbeaten, looks to continue to keep their playoff hopes alive. Ohio State has to get back to their norms.

This game will determine if Ohio State’s defense can stay on a roll.

“We’ve really struggled to tackle defensively. We just have to cut the penalties and tackle but otherwise I’m happy with our guys,” said Day.

C.J Stroud potential number 1 overall pick in the draft has to be himself. As a kid from the West Coast isn’t used to the weather and struggles towards the end of the year just like he did in the snow last year at Michigan. CJ stroud rankings will definitely drop.

C.J can’t handle the east coast weather.

“I’ve never been around conditions like this,” stated Stroud.

NFL teams will have to watch C.J. Stroud more closely especially in his games in the bad weather.
