TAKING A VISIT TO CEDAR POINT

Cedar Point, located in Sandusky, Ohio, is home to 70 rides and roller coasters. Cedar Point first opened as a bathhouse in 1870 and is now a huge amusement park today. 

Cedar Point tickets can be purchased on their website and day passes cost $44.99. Season passes can range from $99 to $265 depending on the level of pass you purchase. The park offers hotels for guests that want to stay and visit the park for more than one day. The park offers water-based amenities and live music and shows can also be performed there.   

One ride that the people who visit the park love is called the “Millennium Force.” The ride is 310 feet tall and goes up to 93 MPH. The two minute long ride requires you to be between 48″ and 78″ in height. The ride that originally opened in 2000 is loved by guests that enjoy thrilling rides. 

Another ride that guests enjoyed was the “Valravn.” This is another roller coaster ride in Cedar Point that you need to be at least 52″. The ride lasts two minutes and 23 seconds, while going up to 75 miles per hour. Cedar Point called the ride “The tallest, fastest, longest dive coaster in the United States.” The ride includes a 270-degree roll, as well as 131 foot drop. 

Cedar Point has been rated around a 4.6 out of 5 stars. The highly rated park has incredible rides and is recommended by its visitors.
